Description

Dive into the past with a visit to Pompeii city, one of the most known archaeological sites in the world, buried from the Mount Vesuvius eruption. Then, meet a typical Neapolitan Family, with whom you will be able to taste the dishes of the Neapolitan gastronomic traditions. You will also take a cooking class so that you can prepare these delicious dishes at home.

    • Meet your tour guide at the agreed-upon location. Start from Porta Marina Inferiore and visit Apollo Temple & Forum (Main Square).

    • Explore houses, thermal baths, plaster casts, shops, bakeries, "fast food" (the first McDonald of Humanity), the Big Theatre and more. 

    • Transfer at the end of the tour (about 2 hours and a half) to the guide's house (no more than 15 minutes). 

      • Enjoy a cooking lesson organized by the guide's sister Maria, the Queen of the House and keeper of the ancient gastronomic recipes of the grandmother.

      • Eat a delicious lunch according to menù already chosen by you, accompanied by local wines (red and white) produced at the foot of the Vesuvius Volcano.

  • Please communicate any type of allergy or intolerance to certain foods. (i.e gluten-free, shellfish, milk, cheese or more)

  • Children from 0 to 10 years are free of charge.

  • The same experience can be arranged with a maximum of 10 guests.

  • Of course, if you are more than 2 adults (from 18 years and above), ask for different pricing which will be cheaper.

There is the possibility to choose between two menus in advance.
