Know before you go
The starting point (close to San Casciano in Val di Pesa or Greve in Chianti) can be reached by car or by public transportation from Florence.
The length of the walk can be adjusted between long or short option: 12 or 16 km. The difference in height will be about 300 or 450 meters.
