    • We will visit the Royal Palace, where the amazing Palatine Chapel (UNESCO site) shows evidence of political power in the 12th century. Then walk to the city's core and enter the vast Cathedral to approach the shrine containing the relic of St. Rosalia, Palermo's much-admired patron saint.
    • Following that, we will reach the Quattro Canti, an octagonal square diving the baroque city in 4 parts, also known as the "Teatro del Sole", as there is always at least one spot bright and sunny.
    • Proceed to the Martorana Church (UNESCO site too) and then stop at the oldest coffee shops where they are still grinding coffee like when the business was started three generations before. 
    • Then we will reach the famed Teatro Massimo, one of the symbols of the art-déco Renaissance in Palermo. It is amazing.
    • During our tour, I will also walk you to one of the historical markets in the city, where you can taste the traditional food we are well-known for.
    • Finally, after a well-eaten break we will reach one of the grandest palaces, currently open to visitors and retaining the original XVIII structure.
