Amabar was the best guide.  I wouldhighly recomend him.  We trekked with him in 2008. One of our party was ill on the trek and had to be helicoptered out.  He recovered quickly, and Ambar handled it so well and professionally.  He was a wonderful tour guide in Kathmandu as well.  He has a lovely family.  He works hard and is friendly.  I appreciate him so much, that my daughter is meeting him this weekend for an epic trekking adventure .  I have stayed in touch with him after many years. I absolutely trust him.
