I was born in a remote village of Solukhumbu, which lies in the lower section of the Everest region.My small village (Lumsa) is off the main trekking route.I had missed my school education after primary level, as my family was unable to support me to pay the school fees.I started my career in trekking from 1994 as a Cook helper and from 1998 working as a guide/tour Leader in Himalaya.I am a nature lover and love outdoor activities and Photography.
As a mountain guide, I have been exploring most part of the Country and trekked with many different countries people.I climbed three technical mountain peaks Singu Chuli 6501m, Island Peak 6198m, Yala Peak 5732m and specialized to explore off the beaten track.I have over 25 years of experience and keen knowledge of the mountain tourism business in Nepal.
I have completed Wilderness First Aid training from KEEP (Kathmandu Environment Education Project), Trekking Guide Training from Nepal Academy of Tourism & Hotel Management (NATHM) in June-September, Cook Training from Discovery Nepal Pvt.Ltd in August, Conservation & Ecological Tourism Workshop from KEEP from Pokhara and Five days Leadership Course from [sensitive content]2009/2010 I served as an assistant instructor of wilderness first aid training at KEEP.It is great to be a guide/tour leader and I always feel so much enthusiastic to explore the mountains and valleys of Himalaya.I believe nature is always beautiful and appealing.We are here to discover and enjoy it.So please join with me to discover splendid Mountain View, amazing mountain valleys, Passes, mountain people, their unique and fascinating culture and their lifestyle.
