In another hand, I call few times at your hotel because wanted to talk to you and they did not find you at your room, then I sent you message to your email letting you know and explaining my sensitive and emergency case.
Please, do not feel like you were duped; “bait and switch" it is not my style. If I did such thing I would lost much more for one unsatisfied customer, I am ethic and professional tour guide, who is not willing to lose his reputation earned for years. Also, have in mind that you paid directly to another guide for the service and I have not seen that money.
