The whole preparation was excellent! Edwin was very helpful before we got to Cusco, on time to pick us up and very knowledgable during the tour. He took good care of us and a change of the schedule on the fly was no problem due to his flexibility. All our questions were answered. I can fully recommend him to everyone! He has a very friendly and open personality, simply a nice guy.

Edwin was absolutely wonderful! My boyfriend and I could not have asked for a better tour guide to show us around Cusco and the area's surrounding ruins. Edwin was extremely knowlegable on both the history of Cusco and the Incan empire. But more importantly, Edwin was personable and lovely to spend time with - it felt like we were exploring the city with an old friend rather than a tour guide. I would HIGHLY recommend Edwin to anyone visiting Cusco! I couldn't imagine our trip being the same without him!

We booked with Edwin because he was a top rated guide. The morning of our tour, a different person showed up and said Edwin couldn’t make it, so he would be our guide. What were we to do since we’d come halfway across the world to tour and understand Machu Pichu?! The substitute guide was fine, but we felt we were duped by the old “bait and switch.”

to send you my associated colleague to deliver the tour instead; as you saw he is very professional, since we have been formed and licensed from the same college and working for many years as tour guides. In another hand, I call few times at your hotel because wanted to talk to you and they did not find you at your room, then I sent you message to your email letting you know and explaining my sensitive and emergency case. Please, do not feel like you were duped; “bait and switch" it is not my style. If I did such thing I would lost much more for one unsatisfied customer, I am ethic and professional tour guide, who is not willing to lose his reputation earned for years. Also, have in mind that you paid directly to another guide for the service and I have not seen that money. Thanks again for chosen me and accept my apologies. Less
