Monika is wonderful! She has great tips, is a wonderful communicator and answers questions really well! She's also just, overall, an incredibly sweet person and obviously loves what she does! She's punctual, respectful, flexible, and very knowledgeable! We're lucky to have had her as our guide for Agra!

Monica is the perfect tour guide. Her English is excellent, she sizes up her clients immediately to determine what will make THEIR day a perfect day, and she is very knowledgeable about the sites and area. In our particular situation, we wanted to see the Taj at sunrise, so she navigated crowds and ticket lines to make sure we were the first people at the gate. We have dozens and dozens of pictures of the Taj with no one in the pictures but our familiy (and of course Monica). Monica also want so far as to follow up on a promise to have a friend send a sketch of the Taj to use back in the States because we could not find one that we liked in the tourist areas. The sketch is framed and is hanging on the wall with other sketchs from around the world and it is one of our favorites. If I could given her six globes as a rating, I would!
