Shemels always goes the extra mile to make trips especially memorable, individual and authentic. He does not take you to overpriced tourist restaurants, but to the insider  places not everyone knows. He does not take you to boring nightclubs that try to copy Europe/ the US, but to clubs that are authentically Ethiopian. He does not pick you up in a bus that screams "I am a tourist", but with the classic blue and white mini bus.

Even though I am quite obviously not from Ethiopia, Shemels gives me a very local and authentic experience. After all, that is why I am travelling...
