I do not think I can fully express in writing the positive impact that Egyptoria had on my trip to Egypt. I have taken many solo trips to different countries and have never sought the services of a tour agency before. However, I knew I wanted one in Egypt as I felt I would not have access to the valuable information about the sites that the guides would provide and wanted to ensure my transportation to various cities went smoothly. Although I travel somewhat frequently, I often travel on a small budget so I was hesitant as to if I would be able to afford tour services.
Egyptoria exceeded all expectations I had. From the beginning they gave me an incredibly reasonable price that never altered. Tom was beyond communicative every single day prior, during, and even after my trip. I am a very organized person and am usually the first one to reach out and make arrangements. I never had to be the first with Egyptoria, Tom reached out each day to notify me of the plan and responded almost immediately if I had any questions. The guides that were provided through the agency were also wonderful. Most notably Mostafa, who I was with for two days in Cairo was excellent. He provided so much information and took excellent pictures. All the guides put in extensive effort to ensure I had amazing pictures and a great over all experience. This was a major benefit as I do not think I would have been able to capture the experience as beautifully had it not been for these individuals being my personal photographers.
Halfway through the trip, I expressed to Tom that I would like to make some changes to the rest of the trip. Without hesitation, he listened to all my feedback and immediately put my request into action. I was fully pleased with my investment in Egyptoria when I forgot something very valuable to me in Aswan just as I left for Luxor. This was the last portion of my trip. If I did not have the services of Egyptoria, I would have lost this item forever and quite honestly this experience would have drastically and negatively impacted my take-away of the trip. I was devasted and reached out to Tom to see if Egyptoria could help. Again, without hesitation he assured me he would take care of the situation. This was not an easy task, but Tom followed through and got this important item back to me. This honestly meant the world and made my entire year. If I was in Egypt by myself, I would not have had this amazing support. I know that regardless of the need, Tom, and the staff of Egyptoria would have been there to assist me. I am very grateful that they were so responsive, easy to work with and put so much effort into making sure all my needs in Egypt were met.
