Sofi was a knowlegable and welcoming guide.  Her English is good.  We would recommend her highly without any reservations.  It was a delight to take three tours with her.  Leaving Armenia we have a much clearer understanding of the history and challenges facing Armenia.

Recently I visited Yerevan and surrounding areas in Armenia.  Sofi was my personal tour guide whom I selected thru Tour HQ.  I was very pleased  and impressed  to have Sofi as my guide.  She speaks  English fluently and has excellent communications skills.  She  is very Knowledgeable having in depth  knowledge of all historical facts  about every attarction or historical site  we visited.  She has good personality and she shows flexibility to cater to client's interests. I just compelted a 4 day tour with Sofi and it was a really great trip. She was quick to respond and very helpful to add advice to my proposed itinerary. To be honest it felt like I was traveling with a friend and not a guide. Her history knowledge is impecable and she is very well organized.
