Tulus took the 4 of us outside of Yogyakarta on tour for two days. The tour He designed for us more than met our expectations. We wanted to meet people and see and hear what it's like to live in Java specially in Yogyakarta it's self and Wonosobo(Dieng Plateau). We heard history, saw the traditional art and culture and I love the Ramayana Ballet performance on that night, we ate with the locals restaurant but cheap Tulus always recommend his guests to find the cheap one not touristic resto,and we visited a farm the people who planting the rice in the Padi's fields before they did for traditional animal the buffalo to make the soil mix with the fields, a museum and a school. Exquisite experience If you are looking for a guide in Yogyakarta, I can highly recommend Tulus. We had a 3 days tour in Yogyakarta and arround. Tulus really made our tour interesting and adapt it to our needs. The best thing is that Tulus knows everything about Yogyakarta city tour it's self, Good recommendation of cheap food and delicious,Tulus was not recommend the Touristic restaurant because expensive He always show where the cheapest resto one and so many local restaurant in yogyakarta I love it. Being a guide is not only his job, but his way of life. Thanks to Tulus we had a really enjoyable and memorable visit to Yogyakarta.

A very helpful and knowledgable man. I have been to Yogyakarta many times and thought i knew it all. TULUS took me to places that i never knew existed. I had a full day drive tour in his own car and it was the best decision i ever made. Very economical as well, able to manage on a shoestring budget. I will be using this mans services as a guide again in the future... next time go further east Java in Indonesia and beyond.

My family and I had a great holiday 2 weeks ago. We are thankful to Tulus, our guide who planned for us a wonderful itinerary. My children enjoyed the trip very much which I thought is very educational. Tulus is trust worthy and sincere. We do not have to worry about being conned into buying things or paying hidden cost on top of the guide fee we agreed earlier. In fact, Tulus helped us save some cost by advising us to produce student pass to enjoy concession entry fee for my children to some tourist spots.
