Naun was an awesome guide during our 5 day tour of the Pantanal. He is very knowledgable about birds, plants and animals! he speaks better English than me too.

The Pantanal is a memorable place, and was made all the better with Naun as our guide. He is very knowledgeable about the wildlife and if he didn't know something during our week long tour, he made sure to find out for us. If you're a birder, Naun is the guide for you. And if you're not that into birds, well Naun is definitely the guide for you! He's passionate about nature and is happy to share his knowledge with you. But more importantly, we had great rapport with Naun which made for a very enjoyable trip.

We were extremely fortunate to be allocated Naun as our guide for our 4d/3n stay at the Amazonas resort, departing from Puerto Maldonado in September 2013. He was very friendly, had excellent English and really made an effort to get to know us. We were lucky to be allocated one guide for just the two of us, but even so Naun went out of his way to make sure we had the best possible experience in the Amazon, taking us on extra moonlight walks and making a trip with just the three of us to the clay lick and doing an extra dawn walk to the top of the canopy. Even when we were part of a big group, we would often step aside or hang back to look at something that the group wasn't so we felt like we really got the most out of our short time. We had a brilliant tour, would definitely go back and absolutely recommend Naun to anyone wanting a great natural experience. He would always point out any plant or bird or animal or insect of interest and carried a really good spotting scope on a tripod as well as great binoculars and head lamps for night walks so we could see everything that was going on. He helped us take magnificent photos through the scope which are a fabulous memory of our time there. By the end of our few days we really felt like we had made a friend in Naun and would love to go on tour with him again :)

Naun was our tour guide through the Pantanal, setting off from Cuiaba, Brazil, for 5d/4n. He is simply one of the best. His enthusiasm for what he does, and he genuine love of wildlife is clear to see, and is contagious. He turned us all into avid bird-watcher 'wannabees' for the time we were there. He was friendly and professional, and we couldn't have asked for more. And how does he spot those birds and monkeys from so far away!? I don't think we would have seen anything if we had not been with Naun.

Our Fall 2013 trip to Peru was an exciting and very memorable adventure. Our first 4 days were spent in the Amazon jungle at the Refugio Amazonas lodge. Here we were greeted by our friendly and most knowledgeable guide, Naun. He looked after us well! From our night walks in the jungle where Naun pointed out the frogs and night creatures, to our daytime trips seeking out Amazonian critters.....he delivered and didn't disappoint. Not only was Naun in 'the know' about the history of the areas, he also was very knowledgeable about the plants and flora. We really believe we lucked out with having Naun as our guide for 4 days. We would seek him out again.
