We had a great tour with Tommy. From the moment he picked us up from the cruise port (4 people with luggage) to the time he dropped us off at the hotel, he shared the history of Panamá and answered all the questions we peppered him with. He helped customize a tour for us for things we wanted to do as well as other stops to use the time we had. He was mindful of the mobility limitations some of our group had. We would recommend him highly.

We had a little time after our cruise arrived and asked Tommy to show us around Panamá City. He picked us up from the cruise terminal and showed us the city, the locks and canal. We explored the history of the city, country and the canal. He gave us a little shopping time. We had a walking tour of the old town and a great lunch. He took us around some of the new city and dropped us off at our hotel. He was professional, spoke English well and provided a great tour at a great price. We would highly recommend.

We were travelling to Toronto and had a 12hr layover. When we arrived we  had some problems at the airport because we didn't have the QR code that was necessary to enter the country. The result was that we had over 1 and a half hour delay at the airport. After eventually succeeding, Tomas was still waiting for us outside. That is commitment! We really appreciated that.

Tomas was quite accommodating to the last minute changes that we requested. He made positive suggestions and was quite knowledgeable on the historical sites visited.  We were quite comfortable relating to Tomas. He was pleasant and made our Panama layover enjoyable. 

Our cruise ended at Port of Colon and we had approximately 5 hours before we had to be at the airport. Tomas was waiting when we disembarked. His vehicle was in very good condition. We drove to Panama City and Tomas was very patient with our questions and pointed out many of the sights along the route. We had the opportunity to stop, enjoy and photograph the sights along the way. Tomas also brought us to a local lunch spot that was very good and definitely not on the average tourists list. A great way to fill that time between disembarkation and the flight home.
