What do you want from a guide -reliable honest knowledgeable friendly and flexible . Don gives you all of this in spades but he is also an incredibly warm and spiritual person as well. Can't recommend him to highly. Make sure you get Don as your guide.

Recently my family and I spent 10 days touring the southern part of Sri Lanka. We vistited Bentota, Yala National Park, N Eliya - tea country, Kandy and Colombo. Don was an excellent guide who made our trip through Sri Lanka both enjoyable and memorable. Don was always trustworthy, punctual, full of knowledge on the history and culture of Sri Lanka and most importanly very flexible if we needed to tweak our plans.

The traffic in Sri Lanka can be very challenging with narrow single lane roads and a high number of risk taking drivers. Don made it look easy and stress free. He knows the roads, he knows the traffic conditions and is a very skilled driver. This is very important when selecting a guide/driver to make your trip safe and enjoyable around Sri Lanka - you can't do this on your own! If your thinking of visiting Sri Lanka, we highly recommend Don as a guide. Suren made our holiday.  We were completely relaxed, informed and entertained by him.  Nothing was too much trouble.  The traffic at times can be hair raising but Suren's expert driving made for an unstressful journey.  He is a wonderful, cheerful and calm person to be around.  I am not surprised he is one of the best in Sri Lanka.
