We hired Edwin for Machu Picchu and later again for the salt ponds, Moray, and Chinchero.  He was excellent in both tours.  Edwin is a walking history book,  with an excellent command of the English  language.  You can’t go wrong hiring Edwin as a guide.  He will go at your pace, which being 74, mine was slow.

The whole preparation was excellent! Edwin was very helpful before we got to Cusco, on time to pick us up and very knowledgable during the tour. He took good care of us and a change of the schedule on the fly was no problem due to his flexibility. All our questions were answered. I can fully recommend him to everyone! He has a very friendly and open personality, simply a nice guy.

Edwin was absolutely wonderful! My boyfriend and I could not have asked for a better tour guide to show us around Cusco and the area's surrounding ruins. Edwin was extremely knowlegable on both the history of Cusco and the Incan empire. But more importantly, Edwin was personable and lovely to spend time with - it felt like we were exploring the city with an old friend rather than a tour guide. I would HIGHLY recommend Edwin to anyone visiting Cusco! I couldn't imagine our trip being the same without him!

Edwin Cusi was phenomenal!  His energy, positivity, and knowledge made this hike such an adventure.   His team made sure we were all well taken care of while still feeling the independent challenge of the experience.  It was the perfect balance.  This hike felt like the Inca story was revealing itself before our eyes, all in a culmination of hiking thru the Sun Gate and arriving at Macchu Picchu.  It felt like we knew things that the tourists arriving by bus at the site would never know.  Such a special experience.  Check a "big one" off the bucket list. We had the 1 day Inca Trail tour with Edwin Cusi and I was very pleased with his service. Edwin was very professional and considered of us. He ensured to adjust the speed based on our strengths and made sure no one fell behind. In our group of four, I was the weakest link so Edwin made sure that I was ok through-out the day. He actually carried my backpack for a long portion of the trail. Edwin is very knowledgeable about the trail and the Inca history. He shared a great deal of information with us and I could tell that he really cares about his work and customers. I would highly recommend Wayki Trek and Edwin Cusi for sure.
