Endy was very helpful as in showing me around Addis Ababa. I was able to see the city in a comfortable environment. Endy is very informative with his tour and answered all questions. Endy Assefa was our guide in Ethiopia in October, 2016. He was superb. He is probably the best guide that we ever had.

His youth belies his intuitiviness ,his wealthy of knowledge and above all his desire to accomodate and please the client. We visited during a political unrest and he handled the situation with calmness and managed to keep us safe. I would highly recommend Endy. 

Endy Assefa was the guide for our small group of 7 travelers in Ethiopia in 2016. From the first moment that we met him we knew that we were going to have a wonderful experience. He embodies all of the characteristics of an outstanding guide: he is funny, patient, flexible, caring and knowledgeable. His English is excellent and he shared his information and stories in an informative and entertaining manner..

However his true value became apparent when political unrest erupted in parts of the country during our visit. He remained calm, despite reports of violence along our route, constantly monitored the situation and made on-the –spot decisions as to how to best manage our itinerary.

We spent 25 days over Easter 2016 (Irish calendar) with Endy. We had our 2 Ethiopian adopted girls aged 9 and 5 at the time, with us. He kept us safe, he entertained the girls, he was like a member of our family.  On leaving him at the airport, the girls told us that he was the best thing about Ethiopia. He was flexible, competent and he brought us to places we would not have known about. He solved any problems we might have had. He was always pleasant, good humoured and calm no matter what the pressure. He spoke good English. He is one of the few people in this life of whom I would have an extremely high opinion. We were a family group of 7 members – 4 pensioner sisters and three husbands from South Africa who toured Ethiopia in October/November 2016. Endy,Assefa organized an almost 4 week tour for us. We can strongly recommend him for planning and organizing a trip to Ethiopia. We preferred road to air travel and he obtained for us a very safe, comfortable, air conditioned vehicle and an experienced friendly driver for the first three weeks of our tour. He planned for us a tailor made trip according to our budget, interests and wishes and included a few pleasant surprises which we did not request but which became highlights of the trip. E.g. in addition to a meal at a traditional restaurant including a show of traditional Ethiopian dances and music, which was thoroughly enjoyed by tour members, he also arranged a visit to an Ethiopian home. There we experienced the hospitality and traditional food and coffee ceremony of ordinary Ethiopian people – from cooking a traditional injera platter, washing and grinding the coffee beans, making the coffee, to finishing off with areki! He was thorough in his arrangements and there were no hitches. He also obtained for us an experienced guide, Mulugeta, with whom we were very satisfied. Endy proved to be faithful and innovative, kept his promises, was reliable and friendly at all times.
