11 days travelling across Tunisia with Ahmed Hamdi as our private tour guide. Honestly, one off the best decisions we made for this trip. From Tunis to Tozeur, Kairouan, Sidi Bou Said, Sousse, Matmata and all the way to Djerba Island. Everything was well organised and ran smoothly. Ahmed was always punctual, honest, made our safety and comfort his top priority even during long drives and busy days. His knowledge sharing of Tunisia’s history and culture added so much depth to every place we visited. Yet, he was also very flexible and always happy to adjust plans to suit what we wanted. What really stood out was how warm and genuine he is as a person. He checked in on us regularly. He made sure we were comfortable with our hotels and never made us feel rushed or like “just another group”. He was cheerful, easy to talk to, open to jokes and suggestions and very easy to get along with. Over the days, he felt less like a guide and more like family. As my dad, Kamal, said - "we met Ahmed as a tour guide but we left having gained a new found family member." My daughter and I were on a cruise ship that stopped one day in Tunis. We had a short time to see the main sights as well as visit the North Africa American Cemetery where an uncle is buried. Ahmed was friendly, prompt and planned an itinerary that fit our needs. He spoke perfect English as well as several other languages. He drove a nice air conditioned car and even took us to a restaurant for an authentic Tunisian lunch. We would highly recommend him!

Ahmed went out of his way to coordinate an unscheduled last minute half-day customized tour for us to visit el djem and Hammamet. He exceeded our expectations and I highly recommend him to anyone seeking a private tour in Tunisia!

Had an amazing tour of Carthage with Hamdi! 🌞 He was friendly and super knowledgeable, making the history come alive. The ruins, especially the Roman Theater and Antonine Baths, are breathtaking, and the views of the Mediterranean are unforgettable. Highly recommend!
