We had a wonderful time discovering Sri Lanka as a family. The itinerary gave us the opportunity to experience so many different sides of this beautiful country, with a great variety of activities, places and experiences along the way. A very special thank you goes to Saman, our guide and driver, who contributed enormously to making our trip so enjoyable. He was unfailingly positive, kind, professional and incredibly tireless throughout our journey. Nothing ever seemed too much trouble, and we always felt that we were in capable and caring hands. We are extremely grateful to him for everything he did for us. I do, however, want to distinguish our excellent experience with Saman from my disappointment with Praveen, with whom I originally booked the tour. Throughout the booking process, I understood that Praveen himself would be our guide. I was therefore very surprised to discover, only after arriving in Sri Lanka and only when I asked him directly, that he would not in fact be accompanying us. What disappointed me most was learning that this was not an unforeseen last-minute situation. Praveen had applied for a course several months earlier and was attending that course during our trip. Given that this was known well in advance, I would have expected him to tell me proactively that he might not—or would not—be our guide, rather than leaving me to discover this after arriving in the country. I found that lack of transparency and communication unprofessional, particularly given the trust involved in arranging a guided family trip from abroad. Fortunately, Saman stepped in and was absolutely wonderful. So while I would have appreciated much better communication and professionalism from Praveen, this should take nothing away from our experience with Saman or from the fantastic time we had discovering Sri Lanka. Thank you, Saman, for your kindness, energy and professionalism and for helping make our family trip such a memorable one.

Praveen is a very careful driver, always on time and reliable. His manner is very pleasant and he is keen to be helpful

i had a very wonderful visit in sri lanka. mr. praveen was with me to tour me around. i learned many things about sri lankan culture because of him. he is a nice person.

We were very happy with Praveen as our tour guide during our time in Sri Lanka. Praveen provided many suggestions in regards to places to visit and was very helpful and friendly. He is also a very cautious driver which made is feel safe.
