I cannot say anything about Loganathan, because I haven't seen him. I think he coordinates the trips, but that's it, as I only was in contact with him via WhatsApp. So, first the good things: our driver from KL to Cameron Higlands, Mr Guna, was excellent! He was really kind, very chatty, funny, very very punctual and drove carefully. Kudos to him! On the other side, the excursion itself was quite disappointing. The places were very beautiful, but it all seemed like a mass-excursion where they really don't care if we enjoy or not. We first went to Mossy forest, but we didn't have time to explore. It was like: go here, climb up, take a picture and go to the next point. Next, we drove to the BOH plant and a couple of tea fields, but again: 5 minutes for pictures and next. The "guide" wasn't an expert of the subject. I asked him something about PEKOE and SFTGFOP teas and had no clue. Finally, the strawberry thing was just a store where we could but strawberry boxes, milkshakes, juices, etc. but nothing about strawberry fields or picking strawberries. So yes, the landscapes were breathtaking, but we didn't have time to really explore the tea plantations.
