After traveling across several continents and many countries and having been lucky to have many good guides throughout my journeys,  I can easily say that Kunal was the best. Kunal is well versed across all elements of history and culture like many, but what makes the experience with him so unique is the way in which he weaves in his personal history and life experiences into the tour each day. It is the people that make a country interesting for me, not necessarily just the temples or monuments. He truly brings the country to life. 100% fluent in English, will go to any lengths to make your trip 'the best.' Cool to hang out with, trusted, awesome all-around.

Kunal took us on a tour around Kathmandu organsied via our guesthouse back in 2018. Kunal was fantastic, we saw all the beautiful things of Kathmandu he had so much banter sharing lots of his stories with us. We only spent the one day together but we really felt like we got to know Kunal and I am still in touch with him today. Following our short stay in Kathmandu we spent three weeks in the mountains and only wished Kunal could have accompanied us there too! 

Our weeks in Nepal were amazing!  And Kunal was a HUGE part of that.  Kunal was always on time,  always accomodating, always cheerful, and always prepared.  Kunal is as genuine as they come.  He's polished, yet down to earth.  He treats others with respect.  He takes his job seriously and he loves his family.  He has a deep understanding of the history of Nepal as well as the events occuring today.  Because of this he provides a great deal of depth & insight into what you're experiencing.  Kunal started out as a guide, but became a friend during our time in Nepal.  I cannot give a stronger recomendation than I can give for Kunal.  As for guides, he set the bar really high!

My family and I travelled to Nepal for 6 days in October 2023 and Kunal was our guide - he made the trip for us.  He met us at the hotel and we instantly took a shine to him - his English is perfect,  he is very knowledgible and young and vibrant.  He devised a trip for us to maximise our time but was flexible, taking us to places off the beated track - nothing was too much toruble.  At the end of the holiday we were sad to leave Kathmandu and Kunal and we have kept in touch with him since we left - he is friend for life now.  I cant recommend Kunal enough.

Kunal did a fantastic job at organizing out school trip with 20 participants.  He was very knowledgeable, orgainzed, and supportive.  He was friendly, making it easy to ask him many questions.  He gave us many travel tips and was flexible when we wanted to change up/add activities. I wanted to experience Nepal as a local, and he delivered on that.  I strongly recommend him for any tour in Nepal whether it be a big or small group.  I look forward to visting Nepal again and seeing Kunal.
