Group of 34 Spanish adult people. Average age 70. We booked transfer and tours with Rupicabra. The attention received from the moment we landed in Sofía was excellent! The guide, Ivanka, with her fluent Spanish, provided everything we needed and Ivan, the owner, was in direct contact with us all the time. In fact, he was who accompanied us on the return to the airport and facilitates the check-in and resolved all the necessities of the whole group. Thank you Ivan. The booked tours were excellent and, it is appreciated, that, without us asking for it, they took into account the stops during the paths, since they were necessary due to the age.The places visited and the restaurants chosen to eat, exceptional, although we miss some entries to the most prominent places in these places. Ivaka demostrated during our tours her incredible knowledge about Bulgarian history ,so she provided as al the information we needed. For all this, we recommend Rupicabra as tour operator. I had the chance to attend close to ten trips organized by Rupicabra with Ivan, and every single trip was fantastic. Ranging from little groups (4 people) to average-sized groups (12 people), and in various activities (hiking, wine tasting, walking, etc.) Ivan has always been the perfect organizer, and he made sure everyone was enjoying the journey, while maintaining the safety and chill vibes all along. He always took the time to explain each trip's planning, and guide us through. Thanks to him (and his friendliness), I discovered new (and beautiful) parts of Bulgaria, I met with amazing like-minded people, and had an awesome time altogether. I can't stress enough how nice of a guy he is, and wouldn't recommend anybody other than him for new adventures, in and out of Bulgaria!
