I had always been intensely interested in the Andes survivors story. When I found out that Ricardo ran an annual trip with Eduardo Strauch (one of the survivors) to the site, I knew I had to go. This was a six day trip involving many logistics (on and off the mountain) which were smoothly handled behind the scenes by Ricardo and his team, so the clients did not have to worry about anything. In the four days on the mountain, Ricardo was accessible, informative, clear in his communication, and a competent leader.
