Ossie was a fantastic tour guide! She was friendly, knowledgeable, and always gave us great tour advice. She was also very considerate of our needs and accommodating to our interests. My entire family loved having her as our guide. We fully endorse Ossie to be tour next guide!

Osnat is not only incredibly informative,patient & knowledgeable she is always on time & always fulfills every query you have right down to you only mentioning you were interested in a small object & she will find it for you.

We have travelled the World extensively & always use private guides & I can honestly say she is the best we have ever had. We thoroughly loved her sense of humour,her knowledge of restaurants & places to go & every time a little hiccup occurred with one of the bookings we had made she was willing to stay with us to try to rectify the problem.

Osnat’s driving,her car are all excellent & even prior to departure she suggested hotels in areas we were staying that were fabulous. Thank you Ossie for the best week of our lives
