I had some trepidations about traveling to Cairo as a lone elderly female. When I met Mohamed Soliman 

he made me feel safe and secure. He was extremely informative and I will never forget the history and information that he filled my mind with.

My trip also included Italy and Greece, but the most memorable one is Egypt due mainly to Mohamed. We still keep in touch and will be lifelong friends.

My wife, two daughters, and I went on an Eastern Mediterranean cruise in October 2009 which included an overnight in Cairo/Giza. We formed a group with another couple on the ship so there were six of us total. We were meet right upon disembarkation in Alexandria by Mohamed who had cold water and presents for the children. We headed straight for Cairo in a very well maintained passenger van. Because our group was so small, it was very comfortable and much better than a normal cruise line tour. This allowed us to have great interaction with Mohamed during the entirety of our trip as he explained the history of Egypt and all the sites we would see. The biggest takeaway for me was how easily and effortlessly Mohamed made us feel welcome in his country as well as part of his family, especially our children (it seems cliche but it's true). We had an ambitious schedule which made for a long two days but Mohamed's smile, energy, and enthusiasm never wavered. He accommodated all of our requests - no matter how small or off-the-wall. We very much hope to return one day, this time with three children, and once again tour Egypt with our friend Mohamed. We highly recommend him to anyone visiting Cairo and Giza- you will not be disappointed nor will you forget the experience.

I first met Mohamed several years ago when I traveled to Egypt on a tailor-made package tour, a large part of which had unravelled due to a late change in the handling agent's transport arrangements. It was clear from the moment Mohamed met us at Cairo Airport that he had been sent as the handling agent's ambassador to look after us and make sure we had a good time during the rest of our stay, both of which he did admirably. Since then we have traveled independently to Egypt on numerous occasions for holidays and study trips. Mohamed is always there to meet us and to look after our every need. Mohamed spent a number of years working in America so is very much aware of the western sense of humor and western expectations. Honest and trustworthy, nothing is too much trouble for him and I am sure I have challenged him with some of my ideas in the past and will do so in the future - enshallah. You will not be disappointed in engaging him for your travels. Over the years we have become friends - not just with him but his family as well and are regularly in touch, so much so that visiting Cairo now is like going home.

I met Mohamed during my first visit to Cairo in 2009. He guided me around Cairo and Giza and made my trip unforgettable. Coming back to Egypt in 2010 I made contact with Mohamed and he took great care to show me his favourite places which also became mine. He is like a living and walking encyclopedia and what he has not tought me about Egypt is not worth knowing. He loves his country and goes all the way to convey this love and interest to anyone who is open for learning more about this fascinating country. Mohamed makes a lot of efforts to make you comfortable and never lacks in security or comfort for his tourists. He has become a wonderful friend during the years and I would not go back to Egypt without his expert advice and guidance. If you have a few hours or several days for tourism be sure to contact Mohamed and he will make your visit unforgettable!

I have known Mohamed for 7 years and would not go on holiday to Egypt(Cairo) without having him as my reliable guide. He makes me feel that Egypt is my second home and I,m part of his family. Nothing is too much trouble for him, and he does all he can to make sure my stay is unforgetable His knowledge on Egyptians history is unbelievable and if he does not know the answere he will find asap.
