Giacomo made our stay in Bologna extra special. He war very knowledgeable and pleasant and answered all our questions with ease and friendliness. He showed us hidden treasures we would not have seen without him. Thoroughly enjoyed the tour with him.

Giacomo was a most excellent guide. He helped us put together an itinerary that allowed us to experience all the things we wanted (Parmesan making, balsamico learning/tasting, Lambrusco winery and ham factory). The experiences were all top tier, as was his ability to add information and cultural context. We enjoyed the experience so much we had him help us another day to visit Ravenna and Bologna, and again he helped us have a phenomenal curated experience! He went above and beyond to schedule us a visit to the ham factory independent of him, and continued to follow up to make sure we had a good experience. Giacomo was certainly a top tier guide and we would recommend him wholeheartedly!
