It's flagrant that Giacomo loves what he does and delivers a prime experience. Not only the places he took us to see but his way of making the experience even more enjoyable.

Giacomo was a most excellent guide. He helped us put together an itinerary that allowed us to experience all the things we wanted (Parmesan making, balsamico learning/tasting, Lambrusco winery and ham factory). The experiences were all top tier, as was his ability to add information and cultural context. We enjoyed the experience so much we had him help us another day to visit Ravenna and Bologna, and again he helped us have a phenomenal curated experience! He went above and beyond to schedule us a visit to the ham factory independent of him, and continued to follow up to make sure we had a good experience. Giacomo was certainly a top tier guide and we would recommend him wholeheartedly!

Giacomo was a delightful and knowledgeable tour guide for our visit to Ferrara and Ravenna. He is very experienced, was easy to understand and took us to many interesting places in both cities to highlight these city’s histories. We highly recommend him.

My husband and friends agreed the day we spent with Giacomo was among the top highlights of our two-week journey to Italy.  The experiences he shared with us at a cheese producer and acetaia were so informative, eye-opening, and really gave us a greater understanding of the region and the history of some of the highly prized foods that originated in the area.  We had a stop in the delightful town of Castelvetro as well as a personalized tour of Modena.  It was a busy day, but oh how we enjoyed it as well as our time with Giacomo!
