My husband and friends agreed the day we spent with Giacomo was among the top highlights of our two-week journey to Italy.  The experiences he shared with us at a cheese producer and acetaia were so informative, eye-opening, and really gave us a greater understanding of the region and the history of some of the highly prized foods that originated in the area.  We had a stop in the delightful town of Castelvetro as well as a personalized tour of Modena.  It was a busy day, but oh how we enjoyed it as well as our time with Giacomo!

Giacomo is an amazing guide. He is friendly and knowledgeable.  He included each item we discussed in our tour - even adding a few surprises. We had an outstanding experience.
