Jin was a wonderful and helpful tour guide. She made our experience that much more memorable. Not just the historical but also the culinary delights that both cities had to offer. Thank you for showing us Shanghai and Suzhou Jin !

I had one day time to visit Shanghai. I decide to book via HQ platform Jin Xu as my tourist guide for one day. I was more than a pleasure to be guided from here trough this nice city. See introduced first here plan of the points to visit and I could add my points of interests. See knows all about the city and no question have been left open. She kept the program very flexible and adjusted to my preferred places. Here English is very good and understandable. At the end of the day, I got to know the city in 12 hours and was very happy. We engaged Jin as our tour guide for a day in Shanghai. She's amicable, professional and has many stories to tell about the places we visited. The cruise of Huangpu river scene was really a sight to behold at night. The international settlement area in Nanjing street with the beautifully preserved buildings were especially magnificent. We enjoyed the tour very much and would recommend Jin as a guide.

English is no problem for her and the communication with her is excellent.

I had a great experience with Jin and have no qualms about recommending her as a guide for the following reasons:

- She was highly responsive and helpful even before we arrived in Shanghai. I tried to book premium access tickets to Disneyland a month before our trip, but found that it was no longer available on their website. Jin helped connect us with a local travel agent and thanks to her, we got our premium access tickets and didn't have to spend hours queueing for rides.

- After getting the premium access tickets to Disney, I then realized that we had a lot of places to cover in our itinerary and my 4 year old son wouldn't be able to keep up. Jin helped us rent a stroller for 3 days before we arrived in Shanghai. We ended up using the stroller for 4 days, as it turned out to be a great idea.

- Our itinerary was tight, as I wanted to visit as many places as possible. My son got cranky at times, as our days started early and ended late, and he didn't have time for naps. Jin was highly flexible and able to make changes to our itinerary on a whim in order to accommodate my son.

- Jin helped save us time and money. Through her, we saved on taxi fares and entrance fees. With her knowledge and advice, we were able to avoid tourist traps.

- Jin was kind, courteous, friendly, and easygoing. She helped keep an eye on my son whenever my wife and I were busy. My son felt comfortable around her.
