We had an absolutely fantastic 12-hour private tour of Shanghai with our guide, Jin, and it was one of the highlights of our trip. Jin met us right at the airport and from the very beginning she was warm, professional, and extremely well organized. Our adventure started with a ride on the famous Maglev train from the airport into the city, which was an exciting way to begin the day. Throughout the day Jin made sure we experienced both the historic and modern sides of Shanghai. We visited the beautiful Yu Garden and explored the surrounding area, walked along the Bund with its incredible views of the skyline, and later went up the Shanghai Tower where the views of the city were simply breathtaking. Lunch was a real treat, we had soft shell turtle, a local speciality we wanted to try. Later we also took a ferry across the river , giving us another great perspective of the city. One of the most memorable moments was returning to the Bund at night to see the spectacular skyline illuminated — absolutely stunning. We came to Shanghai for this view :) To end the perfect day, Jin took us for an amazing Peking duck dinner before accompanying us the way back to the airport. Jin’s knowledge, friendliness, and attention to details made the entire day smooth, enjoyable, and unforgettable. She managed the schedule perfectly so we could see so much in just one day without ever feeling rushed. If you only have a short time in Shanghai and want to experience as much as possible, I cannot recommend Jin highly enough. She turned our layover into an incredible Shanghai experience.❤️

We had a wonderful time in Shanghai with Jin. Apart from the sightseeing, she also helped us with shopping, which made the experience even better. She was very knowledgeable, patient, and attentive, and always made sure we were comfortable and enjoying ourselves. Jin gave great suggestions, explained everything clearly, and made the days both smooth and enjoyable. We really appreciated her help and would highly recommend her to anyone visiting Shanghai.

We are travellers all over the world and we only go by ourselves or on private tours. Through Tour HQ I choose one or two different Guides by their published profile. Since the beginning answers from Jin and her ideas were exactly what I wanted. She was experienced and always with certain sense of Humour. When we met Jin, for being our guide in Shanghai, I was not disappointed. She is very cute, with a contagious laugh and with a great sense of knowledge about a big city of 20 million habitants. As Jin was very experienced guide and speaks very well English we could adapt our initial ideas for a much more interesting program. We felt Jin our guide and our friend! Thanks to Jin, we visited lots of things and our stay was very easy (she knows the fastest way to reach the attractions) and pleasant. In Shanghai you can choose a younger guide, but you can not choose a better guide then Jin, neither more fun. As we plan to return to Shanghai, if possible, we will choose Jin Again.

Jin was very helpful in my tour to Xidi and Hongcun villages of Anhui. She also had the initiative to let me know of more villages in the area like Bishan, Nanping, etc, which I might not have known to go and visit, and it ended up becoming a very good experience.
