Mr. Arun Kumar provided us with a fantastic guided tour of the monuments and temples at Mahabalipuram. We learned so much about the history of Mammalapuram, and Mr. Arun Kumar knew the perfect locations for photography. Would highly recommend hiring him as a tour guide.

I had booked Mr. Arun Kumar's services for site seeing in Mahabalipuram. Due to some family emergency, he couldn't show up but sent Mr. Umapathy instead. Mr. Umapathy is a certified guide who could communicate in English. Mr. Umapathy is knowledgeable and accommodating. He tried to answer all my curious questions patiently. My time with Mr. Umapathy was spent well. I learnt quite a bit about the historical context of the Mahabalipuram sites.

Arun’s knowledge, demeanor, and friendliness allowed for a 6-star enjoyment of a very important site.

Arun was all that we expected in a guide. Arun spoke in English for the benefit of our guest from Chandigarh and also in Tamil. He readily agreed for a change in date and time as our itinerary had changed to the following day. Very polite and knowledgeable. Answered all questions our knowledgeable guest had posed to him on Mamallapuram. Would gladly recommend him to anyone else requiring a guide at Mahabalipuram.

Indian English is difficult to understand, but Arun's English is easy to understand.The explanations were thorough, interesting, and I had a great time. I would recommend this to Japanese people too. He is also good at taking photos.
