Marco Geraci, Was an Excellent Tour Guide. He made the tour Extremely, Exciting, Educational, and Pleasurable. The days were filled with thingsto do that he tailored to the group. We were not overwhelmed with a tireing crammed day, days were perfectly planned. He provided options for groups with different requests and even added things if the group majority requested it and it was possible.. He's an excellent guide, very knowledgeable, humorous , not boring or overhelming. The trip was very enjoyable, knowledgeable, a lot of fun and relaxing. We travelled to Sicily in October 2013 and were fortunate to have had Marco as our guide. In addition to his knowledge of Sicily and it's historic importance, his patience and wonderful personality made our trip totally enjoyable. Although we were there to learn as much as we could about Sicily, Marco's desire to learn as much as he could about American way of life was a pleasure to share with him. He went out of his way to ensure our trip was enjoyable and that all aspects of our itinerary were covered with total satisfaction. A well spoken individual who obviously enjoys his profession.

I had never travelled over seas before my trip to Sicily in October 2013. I was a bit nervous about how things were going to turn out. But, from the very first moment of our interaction with the tour, I had a feeling that everything would be good. And it was better than good. It was wonderful. Our guide, Marco Geraci, was the main reason. We met Marco at our hotel on the evening we arrived, and we knew immediately that we were going to have fun. His warm personality, great organization, and extensive knowledge of the sites we would be visiting helped us to get the maximum enjoyment out of every moment. He taught us so much about the land, the history and the people of Sicily, in such a fun and entertaining way, that I will never forget it. Because his personality was so special, those of us on the tour -- complete strangers before we met at the hotel -- ended up feeling like family. Marco went well beyond what I would expect from a tour guide. We had an instance of someone getting ill on the trip, and he went out of his way to make sure that person was taken care of. When we had concerns, he found ways to alleviate those concerns. I highly recommend Marco Geraci if you are planning a trip to Sicily. I very much enjoyed my trip to Sicily and believe a major reason was Marco! He was very personable, knowledgeable and helpful in any way possible. He was always willing to assist even to the point where he arrived at the hotel on the day of our departure, much earlier than he needed to be there - his reason: wanted to be sure our car showed up. Not necessary but there he was and I think it is this type of extra care that makes him so very special. I would definitely recommend him and would hope to see him again if I decide to revisit.
