I cannot recommend Mona highly enough. She is knowledgable, funny, thoughtful and kind. Our holiday went so smoothly because of her. She helped us navigate the crowds, buy all of our passes, taught us a great deal about Egyptian history and culture and showed incredible patience while we shopped and took in the sights. Mona took us to the best places to eat and seemed to know what we wanted/needed before we did. Mona was an excellent guide as well as a lovely person.

She changed the itinerary as it suited circumstances and for the better. Her historical knowledge is excellent as you'd expect but her local knowledge, where to have lunch or coffee her insight as to our likes and preferences was superb. Mona made us feel like friends not clients and welcomed all our questions giving us genuine insight.

Mona was actually unwell and arranged for her colleague Dahlia to take out tour. Dahlia was great, super informative and helpful. We had a great time and would definitely recommend.
