My husband and friends agreed the day we spent with Giacomo was among the top highlights of our two-week journey to Italy.  The experiences he shared with us at a cheese producer and acetaia were so informative, eye-opening, and really gave us a greater understanding of the region and the history of some of the highly prized foods that originated in the area.  We had a stop in the delightful town of Castelvetro as well as a personalized tour of Modena.  It was a busy day, but oh how we enjoyed it as well as our time with Giacomo!
