    • 5:30 AM - 6:00 AM: Depart from the hotel in Kolkata.
    • Arrive at Lot 8 Harwood Point Jetty in Kakdwip.
    • Take a vessel operated by the Water Transport Department of the Government to reach Kochuberia (Sagar Island). The duration of the journey is approximately 45 minutes.
    • Upon arrival at Kochuberia, board the pre-booked vehicle for Gangasagar. The drive to the destination will take around 30 minutes.
    • Explore the seaside. Taking a dip in the sea is optional.
    • You can also offer puja at Kapil Muni temple, which is optional.
    • 3:00 PM: Begin the journey back to Kolkata as ferry timings are fixed.

  • The Government operates vessels. Tickets are available on a first-come, first-served basis, and there is no pre-booking facility
  • The entire tour duration is dependent on ferry timings, which are further based on high/low tide
