Day 1: Cochin to Munnar expand_more
Arrival at Cochin railway station/airport.
Proceed to Munnar, which has a vast expanse of tea plantations, and round the year moderate climate makes it a little heaven for visitors.
Visit the Rajamala-house of the highly endangered mountain goats –the Nilgiri Thars.
Overnight in Munnar.

Day 2: Munnar expand_more
After breakfast, proceed to Echo point and Mattupetty dam. Speed boating facilities are available here. The dam is flanked by forest and a vast expanse of grassland on one side and the Kundala tea plantation on the other.

Day 3: Munnar to Thekkady (wildlife sanctuary & spice plantation) expand_more
After breakfast, proceed to reach Thekkady by noon.
Spend the afternoon at Periyar lake, around which there is the sanctuary. This is the only sanctuary in India where you can have a unique experience of viewing the wildlife at close quarters from the safety of a boat.
Stay in Thekkady.

Day 4: Thekkady to Kumarakom (Backwaters) expand_more
- After breakfast, drive to Kumarakom.
- By noon check-in at the backwater resort in Kumarakom.
- Afternoon at leisure.
Overnight stay at Kumarakom.

Day 5: Kumarakom to Alleppey expand_more
After breakfast, proceed to Alleppy.
By noon, check-in at the houseboat in Alleppy for 20 hours house boating in the backwaters of Kerala. On the way, you will witness a full range of lifestyle and activities and some mind-boggling scenery.
Stay overnight in the houseboat. The houseboat is a private boat with a fully furnished spacious bath, attached bedrooms, a hygienic kitchen, a dining area, and a private front deck to capture the beauty of the backwaters.

Day 6: Alleppy to Cherai expand_more
Get down from the houseboat and proceed to Cherai.
In the evening, visit Cherai beach.
Stay overnight in Cherai.

Day 7: Cherai to Cochin expand_more
Check out from the hotel and proceed to Cochin for shopping.
In the afternoon, leave for Cochin airport/railway station for onward journey.
