    • Pick up time for Kuta/Seminyak/Nusa Dua/Sanur - 8 am, 9.30am, 11am.

    • Pick up time for Ubud - 8.30 am, 9.30 am, 11 am.

    • As we come to the end of the ride, the elephant will show you the pool as they wade through the water to cool off from the hot sun. Snap photos with your lovely mount as a souvenir! 

    • After the ride, relax and enjoy a delicious set lunch at the ‘Trunk’n’Mahout’ café and witness the elephants walking by.

  • There will be prior notice for special operational schedules because of weather conditions or public holidays. If the weather is terrible, the trip can be cancelled anytime by our operational team for safety reasons.

  • Reconfirmation via phone to us one day before departure is necessary.

  • More than 7 days before the day of the tour – No cancellation charge.
  • Between 4 – 7 days before the day of the tour – 30% cancellation charge.
  • Less than or equal to 3 days before the day of the tour – 100 % cancellation charge.
