  • Day 01: Maumere - Koka Beach - Moni/Waturaka (D) expand_more

    Upon arrival at Frans Seda Airport in Maumere, East Flores Island, our local guide and driver will pick you up and take you directly to Waturaka, a small village under the slopes of Mount Kelimutu. On the way, we will have a short stop at Koka Beach to enjoy the beautiful beach view with white sand and crystal-clear blue sea water. Dinner and overnight stay at a home-stay in Waturaka, a community-based tourism village (CBT) in Moni.

  • Day 02: Moni/Waturaka - Kelimutu - Ende (BLD) expand_more

    Wake up at 04:15 AM and have coffee/tea while breakfast boxes will be provided for the trip to Kelimutu. At 04:45 AM, we leave for Kelimutu. We ride the vehicle for 30 minutes to the parking lot, then walk uphill and climb 127 steps for another 30 minutes to reach the highest peak of Mount Kelimutu. From the top, you can witness the spectacular view of the three Crater Lakes with different-colored water. After descending to the parking lot, we have breakfast. You can choose between trekking to Pemo village and the Kelimutu-Moni road or participating in agrotourism activities in farmers' fields in Waturaka village. Afterwards, we visited Mutu Lo'o to see the kitchen of the Kelimutu Volcano and the Murukeba waterfall. Then, we head to Ende city and visit Wologai village to see traditional houses with tall, thatched roofing. Dinner and overnight stay at Hotel Grand Wisata in Ende.

  • Day 03: Ende - Bajawa (BLD) expand_more

    Depart to Bajawa, visiting Ende traditional market and the Museum Bung Karno, the former residence of Indonesia's first president, Ir. Soekarno. Continue to Penggajawa Beach, known for its blue pebble stones that emerge from the seabed. Visit Wogo village to see traditional Bajawa houses. Arrive in Bajawa, check in to the hotel, and visit So'a hot springs. Dinner and overnight stay at Hotel Roo in Bajawa.

  • Day 04: Bajawa - Ruteng - Labuan Bajo (BLD) expand_more

    Leave early to Wolobobo hill to watch the sunrise and enjoy the natural views. Return to the hotel for breakfast, then visit the traditional villages of Luba and Bena, known as "Living Museums." Continue to Aimere to witness the process of distilling alcoholic beverages from lontar palm fruit juice. Proceed to Ruteng city for lunch and visit the village of Cara in Cancar to see the unique "Lingko" rice fields shaped like spider webs. Continue west to Labuan Bajo. Dinner and overnight stay at Puri Sari Beach Hotel in Labuan Bajo.

    After breakfast, transfer to Komodo International Airport for your flight to the next destination.

  • An additional fee of USD 7.00 per person if the trip to Kelimutu falls on a Sunday. The holiday entrance fee is more expensive than on normal days
  • Any expenses of a personal nature such as laundry, luggage handling fees, and end-of-tour tipping for the guide and driver (unless specified as included)
