• Taman Mini Indonesia Indah (TMII) or "Beautiful Indonesia Miniature Park" (literally translated) is a culture-based recreational area located in East Jakarta, Indonesia. It has an area of about 250 acres (1.0 km2). The park is a synopsis of Indonesian culture, with virtually all aspects of daily life in Indonesia's 26 (in 1975) provinces encapsulated in separate pavilions with the collections of Rumah adat as the example of Indonesian vernacular architecture, clothing, dances and traditions are all depicted impeccably. Apart from that, there is a lake with a miniature of the archipelago in the middle of it, cable cars, museums, Keong Emas Imax cinema, a theatre called the Theatre of My Homeland (Theater Tanah Airku) and other recreational facilities which make TMII one of the most popular tourist destinations in the city.

• Ancol Dreamland is part of a huge tourist resort on Jakarta Bay that comprises multiple amusement parks, making it a must-visit for families on holiday in the capital city. While it isn’t likely you’ll be able to experience all of the different highlights in a single day, each entertainment feature are destinations on their own. The park was home to Indonesia’s own Sea World until 2014 but attracts crowds to its ‘Fantasy World’, full of endless thrill rides. Considered the largest of its kind in Southeast Asia, the Ancol Dreamland tourism resort also features an international championship golf course, a hotel resort and Ocean Dream Samudra. The latter serves as an edutainment marine theme park much in place of the closed Sea World, featuring eight different regular shows, including a dolphin show, together with saltwater and freshwater aquariums and even an adjoining bird park. Ancol Dreamland Ancol is a mix of amusement parks which is located in the northern part of Jakarta. It is a family and couple holiday destination.
