Day 1 - Medan to Ketambe expand_more
Meet your Indonesian tour guide at Medan or Kualanamu Airport, and start trekking from the guest house in Ketambe.
Hike for a few hours and see orangutans, Thomas Leaf monkeys, gibbons, macaques, hornbills and many other species.
Set up the camp upon arrival and prepare food and drinks followed by stopping at a river along the to swim in the glistening water and returning to the camp later.
Dinner and overnight stay at the camp.

Day 2 - Ketambe Jungle Trekking Tour expand_more
Stroll along the river post-breakfast and continue trekking to the middle of the jungle followed by arriving at a hot spring for a refreshing bath before setting up the camp and preparing a fresh meal.

Day 3 - Continue Ketambe Jungle Trekking Tour expand_more
Have a hearty breakfast and continue trekking followed by arriving at a spectacular waterfall and resting for a while before heading back to the camp.
Enjoy a scrumptious lunch and finish trekking during the afternoon followed by staying the night in a guest house in Ketambe.

Day 4 - Sebayak Volcano Hiking expand_more
Head to Berastagi to hike up the splendid Sebayak Volcano along with marvelling at the view of Sebayak and Sinabung Volcano.
Take photos and buy fresh fruits from a local market in the Berastag. (not included)
Return to Medan and stay the night in a guest house or a hotel in Medan along with enjoying a delicious local dinner.

Day 5 - Medan City Tour expand_more
Leave the guesthouse to visit Raya Al Mahsun Masjid and Maimoon Palace along with observing oyster mushroom cultivation from fine wood powder, handcraft made from coconut, and the place where palm sugar is made.

Trekking will cost 100€ per day, for a solo traveller and more for additional travellers; a minimum of 3-5 days or more.
Trekking price for kids:
Age 13+ will cost 100€ per day per person.
Below 13 years will cost 70€ per day per person.
Pick up and transfer to the airport for 2 or more people.
For a solo traveller, transport will have to be shared with other passengers.
