- Visit the Lyceum of Eger, and see a non-electric web camera from the 18th century.
- Walk along the Kossuth Lajos street, enter the "most baroque" church. Probably one of the most amazing wrought-iron gates can be found in a hidden courtyard of the former prison. The same place where a church was turned into a Sports Museum.
- Enjoy Egri Csillag (Star of Eger) and Bikavér (Bull's Blood), the two famous types of wine; try both of them!
- See the Turkish minaret, built in the 16th century; and the Castle mentioned in Géza Gárdonyi’s famous novel (The Stars of Eger).
