  • Any extra cost in the event of landslides and personal nature expenses.

  • Bank transfer fees, cancellation fee if there is unforced situation, political disturbance in any region or if there's Visa rejection by Chinese Embassy.

  • Personal nature such as bar bills, alcoholic beverages,bottled drinks, extra mileage, personal gratuities such as tips to guides, drivers and mechanics.

  • Costs incurred due to natural calamities, strikes, and break downs and beyond the control and its associates.

  • More than 03 nights of stay in Kathmandu, in case of early arrive from Tibet.

Note: Minor repairs like break shoe, spark plug, clutch plate, tubes, cable (01 set only) and engine oil has been included in the cost. However, if more breakage happens due to rough handling/accidents/theft etc, the travellers will have to bear the cost.

What to bring

Please find below some of the lists of necessary information helpful for riding a motorcycle in Tibet.

- Motorcycle Riding Gear
We suggest you to bring warm type of Cloth, sweater, pullover, long sleeve Trouser and T-Shirt, lots of warm staffs, sun cream, lip balm, and rain coat, wind block jacket, lots of warm socks, thermal shirts/ underwear, good outdoor sleeping bags, helmets, bike boots (Touring / Dual Sport), sandals, woolen hat, sunglasses, flashlight with extra batteries, camera, water bottle, towel, toiletries, and wind block gloves & padded/armored bike jackets, riding pants (with knee pads) while riding, However it’s totally up to you what you wear on the tour, as you need to make sure of your own safety.

-Your Medical Kit:-

Aside from any prescription medications you ordinarily take, we strongly recommend you take responsibility for bringing your own medical kit even though we have a comprehensive medical kit on the trip.


-Here are some items you'll want to include in your medical kit:

# Moleskin, adhesive bandages, gauze, tape, and other products (Spenco "Second Skin" is good) to treat blisters and sore spots.

# Lomotil or Imodium for emergency treatment of diarrhea (not recommended for long-term use).

# Cold medication (such as Actifed), decongestant (such as Sudafed) and/or antihistamine (such as Benadryl)

# Aspirin, Tylenol, Ibuprofen, or Ketoprofen

# Antibiotic ointment (such as Neosporin).

# Insect repellent containing 30% - 35% DEET.

# Cough drops or sore throat tablets.

# Pepto-Bismol (tablets are best) or other indigestion remedy.

# Natural Tears or other eye drops

Know before you go

GENERAL INFORMATION REQUIRED FOR TRAVEL TO TIBET:-

  • Please be advised that we will require at least 30 days to process for the permits for the Motorcycles as this involves importing the Bikes into Tibet (PRC) and then as well as exporting them back into Nepal. The whole process goes through the Ministry of Transport. For this, we require details of the bikes, copy of registration (bill books) and passport + Driving licenses at least 60 days in Advance.
