Start your day in this bustling city with a trip to a historical War Remnant Museum – the place stores proofs of the crimes committed during the Vietnam war.

Drive out of the downtown to go to Le Van Duyet temple. 

Walk to Ba Chieu market, where you can see how local people do business.

Stop on the route to visit a local lacquer factory to learn the process of making lacquer. 

Have lunch at a local restaurant and taste the authentic cuisine – Com Nieu.

After lunch, visit Jade Emperor Pagoda. 

Go to the Independence Palace (Reunification Halls), the working place of French colonists before 1954 and of the South Vietnam government before 1975.

Go deep inside the SG environment by walking through “April 30th” park to see the culture of Cafe Bet. 

Take photos at Notre Dame Cathedral, a Catholic Church built in the French colonial style.

Stop by at the City Post Office, an impressive building with fantastic carvings on the wall.

Pass by City Hall and Opera House. The latter is a classical building with magnificent architecture that served the entertainment needs of the French colonists.
