Day 1: Entebbe Airport and hotel transfer expand_more
Receive a warm welcome on your arrival at Entebbe International Airport; guide will brief you and transfer you to your hotel for relaxation, dinner and overnight at Protea Hotel or any other arranged hotel as you relax from the jet lag and prepare for the next day’s adventure.

Day 2: Transfer to Bwindi Impenetrable Forest expand_more
After breakfast, Check out the hotel and embark on a road trip to western Uganda, aiming for the gorilla land of Bwindi Impenetrable Forest National Park. This is a long day drive of approximately 7 hours with a lunch stopover en route. Though long, the drive takes you through different features, including tropical rain forests, savannah fields and the terraced hills of Kigezi, famously known as the Switzerland of East Africa.
Make a stopover at the equator for a while to buy some snacks and take some photos.
Arrive in the late evening for relaxation as you wait for the next day’s adventure with dinner and overnight.

Day 3: Gorilla Trekking in Bwindi Impenetrable forest expand_more
Eat breakfast, attend a briefing by park ranger guides, and then depart with picnic lunch boxes to start the trekking. The activity can last up to 4 hours or more to find the mountain gorillas as you hike up and down slippery slopes with dense mist-covered vegetation. Hence you will have packed lunch for this activity. This active quest will eventually bring you to the face of one of the most sought after creatures-the mountain gorillas.
Reach the mountain gorillas, and you will have a full hour with them while observing and learning their behaviour as you take photos.

Day 4: Lake Mburo National Park expand_more
Have breakfast early, and we go for a morning game drive in Lake Mburo National Park. This park is famous for zebras, impalas, giraffes, elands, cape buffalos and many tropical bird species.
Return to Kampala and transfer to Entebbe International Airport on your flight depending on your flight schedule.

- Key attractions include Bwindi Impenetrable Forest, National Park. It is a biodiverse, mountainous area in southwest Uganda. It's home to many of the world’s remaining mountain gorillas, who feed on roots, leaves and fruits from the park’s many tree and fern species.
- Limited numbers of viewing permits help protect the endangered gorilla families. In the park, rough paths weave amid dense forests, home to many butterflies and birds.
