  • Milk a cow with your hands
  • Enjoy folk songs and treat yourself to a campfire & barbecue

  • Day 1: Entebbe - Rukungiri expand_more
    • Arrive at lunchtime and have a typical Ugandan meal.

    • Join the local women in basketry, weaving mats, table cloths and various crafts. Listen to the local folk songs and stories as you work with the women.

    • Witness local cultural entertainment in the evening to relax your mind after a long day’s work.

  • Day 3: Rukungiri expand_more
    • Participate in making the traditional banana juice in the morning.

    • Return for breakfast and later visit a nearby primary school where you interact with the pupils—optional—planting a fruit tree in your memory in the school compound. Alternatively, take a walk to Mineera hot springs.
