Beginning from Arusha, enjoy a wild game drive as you chase the Big 5 in Tarangire, Serengeti and Ngorongoro Crater along with African lion, leopard, cheetah, caracal, honey badger, and African wild dog. Take the opportunity to spot wildlife in their natural habitat and explore the magnificent Tanzanian National Parks in this 5-day safari!

    • Get picked up from your hotel and drive to Tarangire National Park.

    • Go on a full-day game drive till evening.

    • Spot large herds of thousands of zebra, wildebeest and cape buffalo, waterbuck, giraffe, dik-dik, impala, eland, Grant's gazelle, vervet monkey, banded mongoose, and olive baboon. Predators in Tarangire include African lion, leopard, cheetah, caracal, honey badger, and African wild dog.

    • Drive back to your hotel.

  • Day 2: Tarangire to Serengeti expand_more

    • After breakfast at your hotel drive to Serengeti National Park.

    • Go for a half-day game.

    • Spot wildebeests, zebra, half a million Thomson's and Grant's gazelle, and tens of thousands of topi and Coke's hartebeest. Masai giraffe, waterbuck, impala, warthog and hippo are also abundant.

    • Drive back to your hotel.

  • Day 3: Serengeti Full Day expand_more

    • Go for a full day of game viewing and have a good time while exploring more wildlife till evening.

    • Then, return to your hotel/camp/special tented camp.

  • Day 4: Serengeti to Ngorongoro expand_more

    • In the morning, drive to Ngorongoro Crater for a game drive.

    • At the crater with a picnic lunch, begin the evening drive back to Karatu for overnight. 

  • Day 5: Ngorongoro to Arusha expand_more

    • After breakfast at your hotel/lodge/camp/special tented camp, start your drive back to Arusha.

    End of tour.
