Description

Enjoy a 4-day Safari tour to one of the most popular animal sanctuaries in the Southern Tanzanian Circuit- Selous Game Reserve. The tour starts and ends in Dar-Es-Salaam, Tanzania's commercial hub. Go for an exciting game drive, boat safaris along the Rufiji River, an African village tour in Mloka and an early morning walking safari before the guided tour ends.

    • Meet your tour guide at the hotel in Dar-Es-Salaam at 7:00 am. Drive to Selous in a 4x4 pop-up roof safari vehicle.

    • Arrive at Selous around early noon and have lunch at 1:00 pm.

    • Go for an afternoon Boat safari along the Rufiji River and see hippos and crocodiles. 

    Enjoy a bush dinner at 7:30 pm, followed by an overnight stay at Africa Safari Camp in Selous. 

  • Day 2: Selous Game Reserve expand_more

    • Have breakfast at 7:00 am.

    • Go for a full day game drive in Selous, Africa's largest game reserve and get to see some fabulous game, including elephants, buffaloes, wild dogs and lions.

    • Enjoy the picnic lunch at 1:00 pm and continue the game drive until evening.

    Dinner is served at 7:30 pm then overnight at Africa Safari Camp in Selous.

  • Day 3: Selous Game Reserve expand_more

    • Enjoy a Game Drive after breakfast.

    • Go for the village tour at the Mloka village, where you shall visit the market, police post, shops and meet the local people going about their village life.

    Dinner and overnight at Africa Safari Camp in Selous.

  • Day 4: Selous Game Reserve to Dar es Salaam expand_more

    • Go for a short walking safari in the park and return for breakfast at 8:00 am.

    • Depart from Selous and drive back to Dar es Salaam.
