  • Witness the great wildebeest migration
  • Enjoy game viewing in Tarangire and Serengeti
  • Day 1 - Tarangire National Park expand_more
    • After breakfast, depart to Tarangire National Park. It has a diverse landscape, with nine vegetation zones. The Baobab trees (the largest trees in Africa) dominate the vast landscape, overshadowing the animals that reside beneath them. The Tarangire River, meandering through the park, attracts abundant wildlife, from elephants, lions, leopards, buffalos, zebras, giraffes, and antelopes to various colourful birds. This park is very famous for having the greatest elephant population in Tanzania.
    • During your safari, have the chance to observe many families of elephants interacting quietly, with a stopover for a picnic lunch in an observatory inside the park where you can see animals drinking water in the river (many times lions attacking a thirsty zebra or a wildebeest).

Return to the hotel for dinner and overnight.

  • Day 2 - Serengeti National Park expand_more
    • After an early breakfast, head towards the most famous National park in the World, the Serengeti. Drive up to the crater highlands, making a quick stopover at the rim for an out of this world view of Ngorongoro Crater.
    • As you continue into the Serengeti, you will know why it is named so (in the local language, it means "endless plains"). The park has 6,900 sq. miles (18,000 sq. km), and for most of it, the plains stretching to the horizon defying your senses and perception of distances. It is home to the Great Migration and 2 million wildebeests, thousands of zebras and all kinds of antelopes, including the abundant impalas and Thomson's gazelles. As for Big Cats and large predators, it's the place of choice to look out for lions, cheetahs, leopards, hyenas.

    Dinner and overnight.

  • Day 3 - Serengeti National Park expand_more
    • Enjoy a morning game drive and get back to the camp for lunch and relaxation.
    • Proceed with an afternoon game drive, or you can also embark on a full day game drive with a picnic lunch.

    Dinner and overnight.

  • Day 4 - Serengeti National Park - Ngorongoro Crater expand_more
    • Wake up early and proceed on an early morning safari before breakfast.
    • Spot animals when they are relatively more active and have a fantastic sunrise.
    • After the game drive, get back to the camp for brunch, followed by a transfer to Ngorongoro, considered the 8th natural wonder of the world. It inhabits almost every wildlife species indigenous to East Africa, including the rare black rhino.

    Dinner and overnight.

  • Day 5 - Ngorongoro Crater - Arusha expand_more
    • After breakfast, descend 600 m into this magnificent crater for a morning game drive. Ngorongoro Crater is one of the densest African wildlife areas globally and houses an estimated 30,000 animals, including some of Tanzania’s last black rhinos. Supported by an year-round water supply and fodder, the Ngorongoro Crater supports a wide variety of animals, including herds of wildebeests, zebra, buffalo, eland, warthog, hippos, and giant African elephants. Another big draw card to this beautiful national park is its dense population of predators, including lions, hyenas, jackals, cheetahs and the ever-elusive leopards, which sometimes requires a trained eye to spot.
    • Enjoy a picnic lunch in the crater.
    • Later slowly head out of the crater and drive toward Arusha town.
