• Meet and greet your Tanzanian safari guide at the agreed-upon location in Arusha and begin the tour in the morning. Drive to the Lake Manyara National Park. You will be transported in a 4×4 safari vehicle.

• Explore Lake Manyara National Park with your guide. The safari vehicle has an open roof and is the ideal viewing platform to appreciate the nature and animals of this park. 

• Leave the park and travel to the Kirurumu Manyara Lodge in the late afternoon.

• Have a refreshing breakfast and drive towards the fertile crater highlands. 

• Reach the plains of the Serengeti National Park, the largest park in Tanzania. It is famous for the yearly migration when hundred thousands of wildebeest and zebras trek to find fresh grass and water.

• Enjoy a fulfilling breakfast and spend the entire day game driving in the Serengeti National Park. 

• Visit the Serengeti Visitor Centre. Here, you can learn more about the history of the park and the research that is being done by the Frankfurter Zoological Society.

• Have a relishing breakfast and continue your safari in the Serengeti National Park. 

• Enjoy a scrumptious lunch at a picnic spot and slowly drive in the direction of the Ngorongoro Crater.

• Marvel at the stunning view of the caldera. This approximate 20 km wide crater is part of a UNESCO World Heritage Site and is home to over 20,000 animals. 

• Stay at the Ngorongoro Wildlife Lodge on the crater rim from where you will be able to enjoy an incredible sunset.

• Have an early breakfast and drive down the steep path into the crater. In addition to zebras and wildebeests, you might also spot the rare black rhino and other members of the “Big Five” – lion, elephant, buffalo, rhino and leopard.

• Enjoy an extensive game drive and a picnic lunch. Leave the caldera in the early afternoon and drive back to Arusha, where you will arrive in the early evening.
