The tour guide will pick you up from the hotel after breakfast. Start the tour in the heart of the "old city" where the ancient Byzantine and Ottoman empires were built.
Visit the Hippodrome of Constantinople or Sultan Ahmet Square, where many sports and political activities have taken place during the Byzantine period.
Head on to see the Serpentine Column, the German Fountain, the Obelisk of Theodosius, and the Sultan Ahmed Mosque or Blue Mosque, built for Sultan Ahmed. This mosque has blue İznik ceramics and six minarets.
See the Hagia Sophia, an ancient basilica built by Constantine the Great during the 4th century and reconstructed by Justinian in the 6th century. It is considered one of the greatest architectural marvels of all time.
After lunch, go shopping at the famous Grand Bazaar area for its 4000 historical shops.

- Hagia Sophia Museum is closed on Mondays. So, you can visit Topkapi palace instead.
- Sultan Ahmed Mosque closes during prayer time and on Fridays.
- Grand Bazaar is closed on Sundays. So, you can visit the Modern Mall instead.
