Meet your photography instructor at a pre-decided location by 11 AM and check in to your accommodation at Magura Village.

Attend an introduction session with your fellow photographers and go over the schedule for your four-day workshop. Learn about the photography gear that is suggested to be taken and used for each day. 

Feast on a delicious traditional Romanian vegetarian lunch made by a local village family as you marvel at the scenery of snow-capped Carpathian peaks against the skyline.

Proceed for your first shoot in Magura. The windswept mountains and rural valleys with their flocks of sheep, horse carriages, and traditional Romanian homes make Magura perfect for landscape photography. 

After your shoot, gather around with your instructor for a professional editing session where you will get a constructive evaluation of images, participate in discussions with your fellow photographers, and learn to improve your personal photography. 

Have your dinner and prepare for the next day's shoot.

Start your day with an early breakfast.

Enjoy your lunch at the cabin after your session. Relish the delicious soups, apple desserts and wonderful teas that you will be served as you soak in the stunning view of the mountains.

Head back down the mountain and take your time as you trek downhill to capture picturesque landscapes. 

Make your way to your accommodation at Magura.

Head down a small trail to a wide-open meadow where you will get to see the Piatra Craiului mountains at a distance. 

Begin your photography shoot. 

Have your pre-packed lunch outdoors and enjoy the scenery.

On your way back to Magura, stop to photograph the mountains, traditional homes and the lives of Romanian villagers. Besides providing on-field instructions, your instructors will also personally review your images and discuss photography techniques as they help you improve.

Spend the evening at Magura editing your pictures, having dinner and relaxing.

Start the day with breakfast.

Participate in a themed photo session called 'The Gates of Transylvania', where you will creatively photograph the ornate metal and wooden gates and fences surrounding Zarnesti homes. Make sure to include other participants of the workshop in your photographs, and you may all wear traditional Romanian clothing during the shoot to enhance the subjects of your images. This session is also a wonderful way to explore the town's culture while enhancing your photography skills.

Make your way to Plaiul Foii. This area features the longest and highest limestone ridge in the country, at over 15 miles long and 6560 feet high. The ridge is regarded as one of the most beautiful sights in the Carpathian ranges and is another great location for a shoot. In this area, you can also see beautiful thoroughbred horses, which are great to photograph.

Conclude the workshop with a final editing session at Plaiul Foii before heading back to your accommodation.
