  • Day 1: Kathmandu to Pokhara expand_more
    • Be escorted from your hotel at 6.30 am in Kathmandu, by a representative of your Poonhill tour guide.  

    • Drive through lush green forest, meandering road through the hills and gracefully flowing riverside (6 to 7 hours). You will also come across lively markets and clusters of villages on the way.

    • Take a buffet lunch at one of the roadside restaurants.

    • Be mesmerised by the scenic delights of the city. 

    • Go for boating in Fewa Lake (if time permits, as the boating facility gets closed early), which overlooks the Annapurna Himalayan Range).  

    • Prepare for the trek in the evening.

  • Day 2: Pokhara to Nayapul expand_more
    • Drive in a local bus/taxi from Hotel to Nayapul (1050m).

    • Start your Poonhill panorama trek from Nayapul. 

    • Ascend through various alpine forest, bamboo forests and grass and shrublands, covering many picturesque views of the northern hilly region of Western Nepal.

    • Stay overnight at Ulleri, a very beautiful and serene town with folk culture and witness its fine hospitality. 

  • Day 3: Ulleri to Ghorepani expand_more
    • Head up to Poon-Hill early in the morning(at around 4 or 4:30), to a viewpoint to have a panoramic view of sunrise.

    • See mesmerizing sunrise from this place. After an hour up-hill walk in a cold breeze, sipping coffee/tea sold by a guy out there, looking at the Sun rising on Dhaulagiri Mountain Range, Annapurna Mountain Range, Lamjung Himal, Manaslu, Ganesh and several other Himalayan Ranges seems nothing less than magnificent, that with people at the number of 200 or more.

    • Trek back down to Ghorepani and have breakfast.

    • Continue back to Tadhapani, a place towards Pokhara. Behold the splendid views.

    • Get some rest and savour your dinner.

  • Day 4: Ghorepani to Tadhapani expand_more
    • Descend back to Tadhapani along with the gorgeous panoramic experience upon completion of the Poon Hill.

  • Day 5: Tadhapani to Ghandruk and Pokhara expand_more
    • Wake up, early, sunrise isn’t any less spectacular here than you see at Poon-Hill, with less crowd and cold breeze. 

    • Enjoy a picturesque morning with a lovely breakfast at Tadhapani, head towards Ghandruk. Ghandruk is much a cultural hub mingled with picturesque scenery in its background.

    • Enjoy several things like inside-home cultural museums, tiled roofs, people and their hospitality along with your lunch. 

    • Board a bus to Pokhara (3-hour). 

    • Guided tour service ends as you get to Pokhara today.
